This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a binding agreement between Aaniat Zahra Hair & Makeup Studio, its affiliates, representatives, and staff (“Studio”, “we”, “our”, “us”), and any individual or client (“you”, “your”, “customer”) who avails services, books appointments, or makes advance payments with the Studio. By booking an appointment or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

• All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, regardless of whether the payment was made via cash, credit/debit card, or online transfer.
• The Studio reserves the absolute right to reject any refund request at its sole discretion without obligation to provide justification.

2. Advance Bookings & Cancellations

• All advance booking payments are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.
• Cancellation of appointments, regardless of the reason, will not entitle you to any refund or adjustment.
• This applies equally to trial bookings, bridal bookings, and party makeup appointments.

3. Missed Appointments & Late Arrivals

• If you miss your slot and the Studio has other confirmed appointments scheduled after your slot, your payment will not be refunded or adjusted.
• If you arrive late, we may provide services within the remaining allocated time but are not obligated to extend the session.
• In case of no-shows, the entire payment stands forfeited.

4. Service Dissatisfaction & Complaints

• Once a service has been rendered and accepted by the client, no refund shall be provided on the basis of dissatisfaction.
• Adjustments or corrections may be offered solely at the discretion of the Studio management.

5. Force Majeure & Studio-Initiated Cancellations

• In the rare event that the Studio cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, staff emergencies, or government restrictions), a rescheduled appointment may be offered.
• If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be processed at the Studio’s discretion within the stipulated 7–14 working days.

6. Non-Transferability

• Refunds (if approved) are strictly non-transferable to any other individual, date, or service.

7. Other Clauses

• Bridal and event bookings are subject to strictly non-refundable terms due to high-demand scheduling and exclusive slot blocking.
• Any trial sessions booked are chargeable and do not guarantee a refund if you choose not to proceed further.
• Advance bookings for peak seasons (Eid, Shaadi seasons, festive periods, etc.) are fully non-refundable, regardless of reason for cancellation.
• Refunds or adjustments are not applicable for changes in personal circumstances, including but not limited to travel plans, family commitments, or personal emergencies.
